PBD Performance Centre

The Performance Training Centre or PTC, is a bespoke tech platform that provides a high-performing culture and wellness training system.

The Performance by Design system brings the team behaviours of your culture code to life through the combination of team training sessions and online platforms.

Hitori has developed all of the online platforms for Performance by Design.

PBD’s Performance Centre online platform is used by the likes of MediPharm Labs, Flight Centre, Bunnings, Higgins, Museums Victoria and BlueRock.

The enterprise web application was developed with Ember.js web app framework and secure custom built Python/Django REST API.
